Limited Capacity filling up

As leaders, how do we help teachers navigate the messiness of personalized learning at the classroom level? This session focuses on how to engage with an adaptive change that potentially can unravel habits, structures, practices, and policies. Leaders will examine key phases of any change (adaptation of Concerns Based Adoption Model) and key questions that may be happening in the mind of the faculty; and explore how other schools have taken action to grow faculty understanding and encourage responsible risk taking.
